Warriors Football Club is a Delhi-based football club established in 2022 and affiliated with the Delhi Soccer Association (DSA). More than just a football club, Warriors FC is a community-driven organization dedicated to developing grassroots football, empowering youth, promoting women’s participation in sports, and creating equal opportunities for aspiring players across urban and rural India.
Through competitive football, professional coaching, community outreach programs, and youth academies, Warriors FC is shaping the next generation of athletes while fostering values of discipline, teamwork, leadership, and inclusion.
Mahendra Singh Bisht

Mahendra Bisht is a distinguished social entrepreneur, grassroots sports development leader, and passionate advocate for youth empowerment through football. As the Founder and Secretary Warriors Football Club, he has dedicated himself to creating inclusive sporting opportunities that enable children and young people to realize their full potential, regardless of their social or economic background.
Mahendra brings over 25 years of professional experience in a leading multinational corporation, where he held positions of responsibility in leadership, operations, people management, and strategic planning. His successful corporate career provided him with a strong foundation in organizational development and governance, which he has effectively translated into building sustainable community-based sports initiatives.
Driven by the conviction that sports are a catalyst for education, leadership, gender equality, and social transformation, Mahendra established Warriors Football Club with a vision to make quality football coaching and life-skills education accessible to every child. Today, the organization operates grassroots football and sports academies across Delhi NCR, with a special focus on empowering girls and children from underprivileged communities.
Deeply connected to his ancestral roots in Uttarakhand, Mahendra is committed to strengthening the sporting ecosystem in the Himalayan region. His long-term vision is to create sustainable pathways for talented youth from Uttarakhand to compete at state, national, and international levels while encouraging healthier and more active communities.

Kavita Bisht is a Leadership Development Consultant and Learning & Development Strategist with over 15 years of experience enabling individuals, teams, and organizations to strengthen leadership, communication, collaboration, and workplace excellence.
As Vice President – Women’s Football Development at Warriors FC, Kavita extends the same people-centric philosophy beyond the workplace into the world of sports. She leads initiatives that expand opportunities for girls and women through football, fostering confidence, resilience, teamwork, leadership, and inclusion.
Through Warriors FC, Kavita is committed to creating pathways that empower girls and young people, strengthen communities, and position football as a catalyst for leadership, inclusion, and lasting social impact.
